1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 477be ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or accessing any part of the 477be platform at https://477be.io, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement in full, that you understand it, and that you agree to be bound by every provision set out herein.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease all use of the 477be platform and close your account by contacting our support team at support@477be.io. Continued use of the platform following any published update to this Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2 Eligibility and Registration

To register an account and use the 477be platform you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while your account remains open:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Players aged under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or using the platform in any capacity.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate accounts and accounts operated by third parties on behalf of another individual are not permitted.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method.
• You must not already hold an existing 477be account. Only one account per individual player, per household, and per device is permitted.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by 477be or have previously agreed to a self-exclusion period that remains active.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of 477be or any of its affiliated game providers.

477be reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the registration process or thereafter, including but not limited to a valid government-issued photographic ID (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence), proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement dated within the last three months), and proof of ownership of any payment method used on the account.

3 Account Management

You are solely and entirely responsible for all activity that occurs under your 477be account. This includes all bets placed, all deposits made, all withdrawals requested, and all communications sent from your account. You must keep your username and password strictly confidential and must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

477be will never contact you by email, live chat, telephone, or any other channel to request your password or full payment card details. If you receive any such request purporting to be from 477be, you should treat it as fraudulent and report it to support@477be.io immediately.

• You must notify 477be immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
• 477be will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
• Accounts that have been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months may be subject to an inactivity fee as disclosed in the applicable fee schedule, or may be closed at the discretion of 477be following notice to the registered email address.
• 477be reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time where there is a reasonable belief that the account is being used fraudulently, in breach of these Terms, or in a manner that may cause harm to the platform or other players.

In the event that your account is closed by 477be for a reason other than a breach of these Terms on your part, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the completion of any outstanding withdrawal verification requirements.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 477be platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your 477be wallet within 30 seconds of confirmation. Deposits made via Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other supported payment methods are subject to the processing times of those respective providers.

Withdrawals are available to players who have completed the full account verification process. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. 477be targets a withdrawal processing time of under 15 minutes for fully verified accounts using bKash or Nagad during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. Processing times for other payment methods may vary.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been used to make a prior deposit on the account, subject to the minimum deposit threshold having been met.
• 477be reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, including additional proof of identity, proof of payment method ownership, and source of funds declarations.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable. Only real-money funds that have satisfied all applicable wagering requirements may be withdrawn.
• 477be does not charge a transaction fee on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may impose their own fees, for which 477be accepts no responsibility.
• Any deposit made in error must be reported to support@477be.io within 24 hours. 477be cannot guarantee the return of funds that were deposited in error after this window has elapsed.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

477be offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered, which will include a wagering requirement, a maximum bonus amount, eligible games, and an expiry period. In the event of any conflict between the specific bonus terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific bonus terms shall take precedence.

• Bonuses are personal to the account holder and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to another player.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per device.
• 477be reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to it being credited to a player's account.
• If a player withdraws real-money funds from their account before the wagering requirement attached to any active bonus has been met, 477be reserves the right to remove the bonus and any associated bonus winnings from the account prior to processing the withdrawal.
• Maximum bet limits apply while bonus funds are active. Exceeding the stated maximum bet per round while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and any winnings derived from it being voided.
• Certain game categories, including but not limited to live casino tables, may contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirements. The exact contribution rates will be stated in the applicable bonus terms.

477be monitors all bonus activity and reserves the right to withhold or withdraw bonuses and associated winnings where it reasonably suspects that a player has exploited a promotion in bad faith, opened duplicate accounts to claim multiple bonuses, or otherwise engaged in conduct designed to abuse the bonus system.

6 Betting Rules and Game Play

All bets placed on the 477be platform are subject to the specific game rules displayed within each game or market. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game or market before placing a bet. 477be accepts no liability for losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and game titles. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface.
• Once a bet has been confirmed and a transaction reference has been issued, the bet cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.
• In the event of a technical error during the placement or settlement of a bet, 477be reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the player's account. No additional compensation will be payable in these circumstances.
• Cricket betting markets, including BPL, IPL, ICC T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers matches, are settled according to the official match result as confirmed by the relevant governing body. In the event of a match being abandoned or reduced in overs, specific rules for each market type will apply as set out in the sportsbook rules section.
• All slot and casino games use certified random number generator (RNG) technology. Published RTP (return-to-player) figures are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome for an individual session.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 477be platform. Detection of any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one account for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, navigate the platform, or interact with any game.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring deposits to avoid detection thresholds, or using the platform to process funds obtained through illegal activity.
• Using another person's payment method, account credentials, or identity without their explicit consent.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any element of the 477be platform, including its software, APIs, or security systems.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals with your payment provider other than in the case of a genuine unauthorised transaction. Fraudulent chargebacks will be treated as a debt owed to 477be and may be referred to a debt recovery service.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the 477be platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, game content, software, and the compilation thereof, is the property of 477be or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The 477be name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of 477be.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 477be platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without the prior written consent of 477be.

Game content, including all slot titles, live casino streams, and crash game interfaces, is licensed to 477be by its respective third-party providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) and remains the intellectual property of those providers. All rights in that content are reserved accordingly.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 477be, its directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the 477be platform.

Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods, network issues, and force majeure events may affect platform availability. 477be will use reasonable endeavours to minimise disruption but accepts no liability for losses arising from platform unavailability.

10 Privacy and Data

477be collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By accepting these Terms & Conditions you also accept the 477be Privacy Policy. Please review the Privacy Policy carefully to understand how your personal data is used.

477be uses SSL encryption on all pages of the platform to protect data in transit. Passwords are stored using industry-standard hashing algorithms and are never stored in plain text. Financial transaction data is handled in accordance with the security requirements of the relevant payment processors.

477be reserves the right to terminate your account and suspend your access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, if it reasonably determines that you have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, if required by law or regulatory obligation, or if continued provision of services to you poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players.

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable bonus terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and 477be with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the general principles of fairness and equity as applicable in the context of online entertainment services.
